Advanced Energy Efficiency Features – up to 4 points

The proposed development may qualify for only one of the following:

·         1 point will be awarded if the proposed development meets the requirements for LEED Certified™;

·         2 points will be awarded if the proposed development meets the requirements for LEED Silver®;

·         3 points will be awarded if the proposed development meets the requirements for LEED Gold®; or

·         4 points will be awarded if the proposed development meets the requirements for LEED Platinum®.
