Low Income Housing Tax Credit Mapping Tool

Recently Updated for 113th (2013-2014) Congressional Districts: Novogradac & Company and PolicyMap have updated this tool and the data in a searchable map to reflect the 113th congressional district boundaries as determined by the 2010 census.

This tool includes project address, number of units and low-income units, number of bedrooms, year the credit was allocated, year the project was placed in service, whether the project was new construction or rehab, type of credit provided, and other sources of project financing.

This information is based on the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s LIHTC Database, which was last revised as of August 17, 2012. The LIHTC database, created by HUD and available to the public since 1997, contains information on 36,364 projects and almost 2,235,000 housing units placed in service between 1987 and 2010.
