As a part of its secondary criteria, Wyoming’s QAP awards points based on location.

PROJECT LOCATION (Maximum 50 points, and/or up to negative 200 points). As project location is an integral part of the scoring process Developers must attend the site visit scheduled by WCDA.

a. Appropriate Location (Maximum 35 points) A project may receive up to 35 points for being within a proximity of 2 miles (1 mile for elderly) of appropriate services needed by the residents occupying the units (must list services and distance from project to be eligible to receive points).
